Whimsigoth: “The dreamer’s darkness-where whimsy meets witchcraft.”

Whimsigoth is the sweet spot between velvet mystery and enchanted play. Think Stevie Nicks meets moonlit fairy tale-soft, magical and a little spellbound. It’s where celestial motifs, rich jewel tones, lace overlays, and antique gold blend with mystical charm and personal flair.

Home decor in this style is layered and soulful: swirling candlesticks, stained glass lamps, fringed velvet, crescent moons, and vintage trinkets that feel like they’ve absorbed stories. It’s maximalist, magical, and emotionally expressive.

Vibe: Romantic, magical with tarot decks on lace covered tables, incense swirling in colored light, crushed velvet sofas, wind chimes and alters, thrifted magic.

Inspiration: Astrology, vintage witchy glam, and thrifted gothic whimsy.  Think of movies like “Practical Magic” “Hocus Pocus” and my favorite “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”

Tropigoth: “Palm shadows and poison orchids-goth goes tropical.”

Tropigoth is a sultry paradox where dark romance meets lush, steamy landscapes. Picture an overgrown jungle kissed by moonlight. Where obsidian meets orchid and the ocean hums like a lullaby, It’s gothic, but humid. Mysterious, but sun drenched.

Home decor is dramatic and exotic: dark botanicals, blackened rattan, banana leaves against matte black walls, gold accents, and skulls beside tropical blooms. Think Morticia Addams hosting a cocktail party in Havana.

Vibe: Sultry, exotic, tropical noir, moody paradise with blood orange martinis, gothic tropical florals, dark wood and rattan furniture.

Inspiration: Gothic noir meets tropical landscapes, lush jungles and moody paradise. Think “The island of Dr. Moreau”
